  • Assist with setting up, configuring, and implementing the Lab Management features of Visual Studio 2010 and Team Foundation Server 2010
  • Assist adoption of Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 to deliver new levels of productivity and traceability throughout the entire Application Lifecycle
  • Assist with Visual Studio 2010 Team Build configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Assist with SharePoint Server 2010 and related products configuration and troubleshooting related to SharePoint and TFS.
  • Provide on-going support to project teams for Visual Studio 2010 and Team Foundation Server 2010
  • Provide short-term advice and guidance for problems as well as requests for consultative assistance for design, development and deployment issues.

This includes providing recommendations or best practices to solve problems leveraging Microsoft Products and Technologies. These scenarios include topics such as migration, product customization, performance degradation analysis, deployment training, scaling infrastructure, server recovery, optimization, supportability, risk analysis, extensibility, architecture, and knowledge transfer.
